GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • 1.The preferred mode of communication of team AIBA is WhatsApp only. Please do not call the admins or the page managers unless its an emergency. Please avoid sending voice notes too. Be kind and understand that each one of us receive messages and calls in hundreds and it is not humanly possible to reel under that kind of pressure and entertain all. Though, we are trying our best to render the best of the services to you and give you individual attention. We expect you to cooperate with us to make the entire process swifter.
  • 2. It is your duty to keep a record of your live shows and the platforms where they will be held. No individual reminder from team AIBA shall be sent to you. There shall be no refund initiated in the case any negligence in keeping proper data of live shows.
  • 3. Kindly deal with only a single contact person. Do not engage more than one person from the AIBA team.
  • 4.Once the slots are booked, the profile/payment screenshots are to be shared with the page managers only.
  • 5. Slot will be confirmed only after payment. If by any chance, the payment is not cleared, 24hours before actual live..the show will be cancelled and put on sale.

HOW SLOTS ARE BOOKED ON AIBA PAGES

  • 1. All information about the dates of beginning of filling up the slots on the app for all pages comes on the respective groups via the admins.
  • 2. At first, only one free show is booked as per your membership plan.
  • 3. Then, information is released to book two more slots for yourselves.
  • 4. Information and instructions for booking further slots keep coming like this.
  • 5. The bookings are done roll number wise. Sometimes we start from first to last and other times last to first to give equal opportunities to all.
  • 6. Booking is done on the app first. Then, payment is done, and proof of payment is shared with the respective page managers.
  • 7. Vendors are not allowed to prebook slots in advance for the coming months or repeatedly edit/internally exchange their booked slots. If any such activity is observed, the membership of the concerned vendor shall be terminated.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GOING LIVE

  • 1.To go live on AIBA platform, you need an editor’s invite from the page managers. You must send the screenshots of your profiles along with the profile links to the concerned page manager a day before your show. A day prior to your live, invitation for Editor will be sent by the page manager at 0930pm. The Invitation for editor is to be accepted in the night itself or else it expires. You must be punctual about this time and accept it before 10 pm. No invite shall be sent again, and no refund shall be initiated against it. List for next day’s live shows is shared daily by page managers in the night as a reminder to all participants.
  • 2. Once you have accepted the invite, please check the live button under ‘create post’ section. If there is an issue, report it to the page manager timely. If you cannot see the live button, it means you have yet not authorised your account. Please do so, otherwise you will not be able to go live. You can authorise through SETTINGS > SECURITY & LOGIN > TWO FACTOR AUTHORISATION BY SMS. ( Location for Facebook in your phone’s setting should be on)
  • 3. Tagging your page/sharing WhatsApp group invite is not allowed in AIBA. No invitation of joining the WhatsApp group or liking the page should also be given during your show on AIBA.
  • 4. Please do not reply to messages in the AIBA page messenger on the day of your live, as that day you are editor and hence you get messages of the page too. So, avoid using the messenger window or the option to switch profile to check messages.
  • 5. While being the editor, do not pin your live show or change any other setting on the page. Do not share your show on other pages/groups with AIBA profile.
  • 6. As the editor, you can boost your live shows. Make sure you turn off the welcome message button and choose your audience carefully as women from India. Do not let facebook choose ‘smart audience’. When you are not careful in choosing the audience, indecent men are diverted to our page, and it compromises the sanctity of our organization. Such carelessly promoted live shows will be deleted without any intimation.
  • 7. It is your duty to start your live shows at exactly at the right time and close it at the right time too. If there is a negligence in going live on the given time or the duration of the show is extended, the concerned vendor shall be liable for a penalty.
  • 8. Do not create event to go live as the live video gets automatically deleted once the event gets expired on facebook.
  • 9. Do not add music to promo advertisements as they may be taken down by facebook due to copyright issue and your id may get blocked.
  • 10. It is the duty of the vendors to clear the payments before the live shows positively and share the screenshots with the concerned page managers. The onus of asking for the payments does not lie on the page manager. If the payment is not received for a slot, that would be cancelled without any intimation.

HOW PARTNERSHIP WORKS

Going live as partners means that two people will go live at the same time on the same platform. Example- A and B are partners. A will allow B to go live on her time slot and B will allow A to go live on her time slot too.

This means by agreeing for partnership A will get 2 additional slots- that of her partner's. Partnership is beneficial economically too.

If you have already found a partner and still looking for more slots by being a partner to someone else, you can do that. In such cases, both A and B will pay equal amount decided for a partnership slot. While A will have the benefit of one more slot, B will only benefit financially by paying less.

PARTNERSHIP RULES

  • 1.Pay for your partnership slot only if you have found a partner. Total amount to be paid by one partner only and later you can take the share from your partner. The screenshot to be shared with the concerned page manager. A day before your live, the data will be crosschecked and if partner’s name is not there, the live show will be considered as solo, and you will have to pay before the show.
  • 2.You can find your partner in your respective page WhatsApp groups. The advert must be in the following format-

    Date-
    Time-
    Your products-

EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS OF LIVE SHOW SLOTS

  • 1.All exchange and cancellation requests would incur penalty. The penal charges are different from different pages and will be told to you by the page managers. This means that you must book your slots only of you are certain of your availability on the day of the booking. The emergency cases will be considered only as per the admin discretion and their decision will be final.

SAFETY AND PREVENTION OF FRAUDS

The facebook pages are open for all to see and comment. There may be certain unethical sellers who may comment on your live shows and ask money from the customers posing to be you. To prevent this from happening and letting others steal your business or bring a bad name to your brand, you are required to meet the following conditions-

  • 1. You will have to make either make a digital banner through facebook tools or have a hand-written banner that can be placed in the background and is clearly visible to the audience. Make sure you take the printout or write in as a mirror image otherwise it will appear reversed to the audience.
  • 2. In the description above the live show , you need to add all AIBA hashtags, your name, your brand name (no tagging, however), your contact details, description of the products being offered.
  • 3. After completing the show, you must quickly check and answer the comments too and answer all queries. If there is an indecent comment, you can ban a person by clicking on the comment. If you long press on the comment, an option to ban the person comes. Now we cannot turn off the commenting. So, once you are done, please go to the top right side of the post, click- who can comment on your post- choose people and pages you know/follow.
    This way no uncouth and unknown person will be able to comment on your post.
    If these two conditions are not met, you will not be allowed to go live/get slots on AIBA. The safety and security of AIBA is a responsibility of all of us and we should be happy to partake in it actively.
  • 4.Always cross check the payment received with the proper screenshot of date , time and upi. This will save you from the scamsters who often send fake payment screenshots

DISCLAIMER

  • 1.If any of the rules are flouted or there is any sort of negligence observed in following the AIBA code of conduct, the AIBA management reserves the right to terminate the membership of the concerned vendor. In such cases no refund shall be initiated to the concerned vendor.
  • 2.The AIBA management is not responsible and should not be brought in the picture to resolve any dispute that may arise from any business transaction taking place on the platform. The vendors are requested to exercise extreme caution in their dealings with the customers.
  • 3.Any misdemeanour by the vendor/ flouting of rules of the platform shall result in instant termination of the membership/ cancellation of booking of the vendor. No refund shall be initiated in such cases.
  • 4.The AIBA management does not make any promises/give guarantees of sales on the platform. If a vendor fails to get any response, the management shall not be held responsible for issuing any refund.
  • 5.AIBA is an online platform and there may be technical glitches beyond the control of the management. If a live show is not streamed due to any unforeseen technical error, the management shall not be held responsible for issuing a refund.
